One of my favorite blogs is Get Rich Slowly. J.D. recently did a great post about identity theft.

Unfortunately, the circumstances that prompted the post aren’t the greatest:

Identity theft sucks. Our mail was stolen recently. All that we know
we’re missing are some tax documents, but we’re not taking any chances.
Rather than wait for the thieves to do any damage, we’ve taken steps to
minimize repercussions.

Unfortunately he didn’t mention the credit freeze, but other than that really solid stuff. I hope everything works out for him.
